Candidate Workshops

The aim of our workshops is to provide an opportunity for candidates who, for various reasons, may not have passed the initial assessment, or a client complaint may have occurred while at work, but after screening, we believe they have the potential to succeed in their profession. Subsequently, we immediately place them in our workshops for further training, if required.

Depending on the service that the candidate is being reassessed for, the training required will be between half a day and a full day. Once the workshop has been completed, we then book the candidate back in for another assessment along with a certificate of completion. On a successful pass result, the candidate is then free to work within the agency. 

We understand that time is money, so this process has a very quick turnaround. All assessments and workshops are undertaken at the main assessment Centre site in East London.

The services that we offer are a pathway to create opportunities, empowering your team with industry-leading knowledge, exceptional practical ability, whilst giving the client a first-class experience. Our experience and research have highlighted many issues surrounding agency employed therapists that unfortunately do not deliver the 5-star treatment their employers and their clients would desire.

Our job is to avoid agencies from being exposed to an excessive level of client complaints, customer refunds, high turnover of staff, undesirable reputation on social media and in extreme cases, loss of contracts. Our mission is to:

  • Verify industry qualifications.
  • Bridge qualifications that may not reach UK NOS standards.
  • Assess candidates against NVQ standards.
  • Ensure that all candidates are dealt with fairly and with respect.
  • Confidentiality between all parties .
  • Authenticated certificate of passing assessments and or workshops.
  • Offer interim refresher assessments if a client has a complaint about a therapist.
  • Ensuring that candidates are aware of the importance of dressing to a professional standard.
  • Identify the candidate's attitude, personality and behavior is in line with both the client's needs and industry standards.
  • Check candidates’ general knowledge regarding their industry.
